Mrs. Normand is a seasoned operations professional, having been responsible for the management of non-academic operations and facilities for prestigious local institutions for more than a decade. She will be overseeing human resources, management of the Heichal physical plant, student transportation and food services and all other aspects of administration and fiscal management. Mrs. Normand, who has a double masters degree in non-profit management and Jewish communal service from Brandeis University, will also be working with our partners and tenants in the building to ensure that their institutional needs are met. She lives in Teaneck, NJ with her husband and 4 children. Her oldest son Shalom is a sophomore at Heichal.
Mrs. Bak is a seasoned non-profit business professional with more than a decade of experience managing financial operations for Jewish schools, synagogues and organizations. Mrs. Bak will work with parents on tuition payments and financial aid and will be responsible for vendor management and payroll. Mrs. Bak has an MBA from Bar Ilan University, and lives in Teaneck, NJ with her husband and 4 children.
Rav Kronenberg learned in Yeshivat Sha’alvim as well as Yeshivas Ohr Hachaim. While in Ohr Hachaim, he attended Touro college, majoring in Judaic Studies. Rav Kronenberg taught Gemara at Yeshivat Noam, and worked for NCSY as a summer camp rebbe and chapter director. He is currently a member of the Fair Lawn Bais Medrash program, where he teaches and learns with members of the community. He lives in Fair Lawn, NJ with his wife and children.
