Melaveh Malka for Prospective Talmidim

Prospective talmidim are invited to the yeshiva on Motzei Shabbos, October 28, 2017, from 8:30-11:00 pm. The yeshiva is located at 70 Sterling Place, Teaneck, NJ 07666. Talmidim will meet rebbeim and teachers, enjoy delicious food, and may swim, use our fitness or basketball gym or enjoy optional shiurim. Please come in Shabbos attire, and bring basketball/swim clothes to change into.

Open House for Prospective Parents

    1. A completed application
    2. An application fee of $250. Checks should be made payable to Heichal HaTorah, with the name of the student in the memo
    3. A picture of the student
    4. A copy of your son’s current immunization record
    5. A copy of your son’s 7th and 8th grade transcripts and any standardized testing results from 6th grade and on.

Visit to the Yeshiva & Bechina

Please reach out to Mrs. Beth Held at or 201.335.0633 x1030, to schedule a private meeting for you and your son with Rav Stechler and Rabbi Malavsky at the yeshiva. You will have the opportunity to tour the yeshiva. Your son should prepare a sugya of his choice to read inside the Gemara.


Parents and talmidim will be informed regarding the status of their applications in early January.


A registration check of $2000 is due on Februrary 21, 2018, of which $1000 will be applied to the following year’s tuition.

Tuition and Financial Aid.

Annual tuition for Heichal is $18,000, plus a $1,000 Building Fee, a $400 Dinner Fee and a $500 student activities fee. To request financial aid, please visit and create an account. Your financial aid application must be completed by March 15, 2018.

Please note: In the past, the yeshiva has covered the cost of transportation from neighborhoods outside of Bergen County. However, no decision has been made as to whether the cost of transportation will continue to be covered by the yeshiva. The yeshiva will arrange transportation from most areas where students reside.
